Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UX for ActAI’s core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
  • •Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks, from intent capture to task completion including handoff, progress tracking, and error recovery.
  • •Design how the app surfaces what the AI is doing, what decisions it has made, and what users need to confirm or adjust.
  • •Map AI system states users encounter (loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, stalling, failing, recovering).
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define user requirements and translate them into concrete design solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps with a strong portfolio.
  • •Solid skills in user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
  • •Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, context-dependent systems.
  • •Clear thinking about user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven product experiences.
  • •Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design decisions.
