Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a small business unit compliance team, including performance management, training needs, and performance standards.
  • •Participate in developing and executing the strategic plan, setting goals and priorities and ensuring objectives are met.
  • •Oversee compliance with the code of ethics for wealth management, including identification and management of conflicts of interest.
  • •Advise business partners on applicable laws, rules, and standards impacting their businesses, and implement the Corporate Compliance Program within the unit.
  • •Develop and maintain written procedures, identify/document/escalate compliance risks, and oversee completion of compliance risk assessments and applicability of the company compliance program.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage a compliance team, including performance management and staffing of the unit.
