Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new client implementations by maintaining project trackers, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring milestones are completed.
  • •Finalize reporting and project materials, run meetings, take notes, and monitor deliverables based on the scope/statement of work.
  • •Identify additional work and potential out-of-scope services requested by clients, and coordinate with other team members to finalize projects.
  • •Perform analytical projects, including conclusions and recommendations based on work conducted.
  • •Support senior members with business opportunities for existing clients and resolve client issues at appropriate levels.

Key Requirements
