Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the Trust organization’s long-term ML technical vision, architecting scalable production ML solutions.
  • •Serve as a technical leader and mentor to raise the organization’s bar on architectural and modeling challenges.
  • •Drive and deliver large-scale, multi-quarter ML initiatives across multiple teams, aligning platform and product needs.
  • •Develop and continuously improve ML models using large-scale structured and unstructured data for product, business, and operational use cases.
  • •Hands-on productionize and operate ML models and pipelines at scale, supporting both batch and real-time scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of industry experience applying machine learning to production systems.
  • •2-3+ years working with LLMs and novel GenAI technologies, with proven Agentic AI experience (frameworks, orchestration, architecture, productionization).
  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/ML or a related field.
  • •Strong programming and data engineering skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent.
  • •Deep expertise in ML best practices (training/serving, A/B testing, feature engineering/model selection) and algorithms such as gradient boosted trees and deep learning.
