Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and actively participate in key sourcing operations across product creation (costing, materials, product testing).
  • •Support tactical and production planning and manufacturing activities, including quality and manufacturing excellence.
  • •Shadow senior leaders (SDSO/directors/senior managers) and assist assigned departments with daily team duties and reporting to your mentor.
  • •Demonstrate leadership potential by taking functional and project leadership under SDSO guidance and acting as a role model within the team.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations follow adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •No previous work experience required; vocational training and relevant experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
  • •Pursue MA/engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or MBA preferred.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • •German, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia are advantageous.
  • •Willingness to relocate at the company’s request and attention to detail, curiosity, and discipline are required.
