  • •Contribute to Research Publications: Co-author technical reports and research papers with Scale’s research team.
  • •Professional Development: Engage in review projects, advisory roles, and research to deepen AI expertise and analytical skills.
  • •Flexible Schedule: Manage a schedule with flexible 10–40 hour weeks to fit around life and commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80 - 100 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •PhDs, postdoctoral researchers, and professors with domain expertise in STEM fields such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Humanities, or other related disciplines.
  • •Detail-oriented, innovative thinker with a passion in applied AI research and a commitment to collaboration.
  • •Ability to design complex, domain-specific problems and datasets to rigorously evaluate AI models.
  • •Experience contributing to research publications or technical reports.
  • •Eligibility to work in the country of residence (UK).
