Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document condition in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (VINs, mileage, options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Inspect exterior and interior condition, perform basic mechanical checks, and document damage or missing/inoperable features.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports, maintain dealer relationships, and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other Manheim teams while following safety and compliance standards.

Key Requirements
