Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management (or 4+ with deep technical background), with meaningful time in developer tools, CI/CD, observability, or SRE/platform products.
  • •Shipped an LLM or agentic product, understanding what strong evals look like and how to debug nondeterministic systems while balancing cost, latency, and quality.
  • •Deep SDLC fluency: PR workflows, CI systems, deployment strategies (canary, blue-green, feature flags, progressive rollout), and production signals (traces, logs, RUM, synthetics, error tracking).
  • •Uses AI coding agents daily and can articulate what “releasing software” will mean 2–3 years from now.
  • •Exceptional writing and speaking, able to continuously write, sharpen, and defend narratives (including to executives).
