Lead all aspects of the regional business to achieve equipment revenue targets, maximize profits, grow market share, and ensure customer loyalty. Own full P&L outcomes, drive regional business planning and forecasting, and set strategic direction for long-term growth. Develop and lead a high-performing leadership team, build strong partnerships with dealers and internal stakeholders, monitor market/competitive trends, and ensure operational excellence through compliance to EHS, quality, and sales standards.

•Develop, lead, and support a high-performing team of area managers, sales leaders, customer support leaders, field service leaders, and development managers.
•Set regional vision and build an engaged, empowered culture delivering world-class customer experience.
•Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety, quality, and sales and operations standards; monitor trends and performance to improve results.

•HVAC sales experience or related HVAC knowledge is preferred, including familiarity with distribution, dealer sales, service, installation, and construction processes.
•Strong computer proficiency including Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); valid driver’s license required with no major or frequent traffic violations.
