Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements, bottlenecks, and expected outcomes.
  • •Align customer needs with relevant products/services or analytical approaches to support solution pitching and alignment.
  • •Analyze business data using SQL, Excel, Power BI (and other tools) to generate insights for customer discussions and decisions.
  • •Design/build solutions per business requirements, including dashboards, reports, and visual presentations.
  • •Present insights and solution concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating cross-functionally and tracking progress in Azure DevOps using Agile practices.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, solution consulting, pre-sales support, or data analysis/reporting.
  • •Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Knowledge of Azure DevOps for task tracking, collaboration, and workflow management, working in Agile environments.
  • •Ability to use Python (or another programming language) for analytical or automation support, along with strong communication for customer-facing discussions.
