Job Summary

Design and build complex, high-quality learning experiences across eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, video, blended, and performance support. Lead learning program architecture and create design documents, scripts, storyboards, prototypes, and interactive assessments. Produce instructional videos and apply AI-augmented workflows responsibly. Develop advanced web objects using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, ensure accessibility and quality, and mentor junior content designers while collaborating with learning consultants and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop complex, multi-layered learning solutions across multiple formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, video, blended, performance support).
•Lead architecture of large-scale or multi-course learning programs, ensuring flow, scope alignment, and instructional coherence.
•Partner with learning consultants to create design documents, scripts, storyboards, interaction maps, and prototypes for complex learning challenges.
•Produce and edit instructional videos and micro-video content, including motion graphics, captions, and brand-consistent graphics.
•Integrate AI into the learning design workflow, build custom web objects with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and mentor junior content designers while maintaining accessibility and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5–9 years of hands-on instructional design or learning development experience building complex learning solutions.
•Advanced proficiency in authoring tools including Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise, plus Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
•Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, backward design), and cognitive load management.
•Portfolio demonstrating senior-level work across modalities, including video production and interactive/web-based content.
