Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a 2-month online virtual live classroom and workshop program to prepare for an SAP Associate Consultant career.
  • •Develop functional and technical consulting capabilities for SAP S/4 HANA projects across blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrades.
  • •Provide business process and functional expertise and project guidance to help ensure customer success.
  • •Support customer satisfaction through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building.
  • •Work toward associate-level SAP certifications and use introductions to job opportunities within the SAP ecosystem for potential placement after training.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
  • •Must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations.
  • •Must have at least a Bachelor-level education in a related field (Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, Data Science, or AI).
  • •Preferably graduated within the last 3 years, with a top-quartile GPA (proof may be requested).
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and available full-time 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, during the 2-month training period.
