  • •Set engagement goals using available data (Google Analytics, CRM, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and coordinate approvals with the Associate Director.
  • •Manage project execution using Asana, delegating tasks to specialists and coordinating with project managers when present.
  • •Develop creative briefs and compelling content campaigns using competitor and audience insights, partnering with content writers and designers.
  • •Provide regular client reporting and proactively communicate progress, roadblocks, and account changes using shared channels like Slack and regular meetings.
