Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Manager - Infrastructure in planning and development of new infrastructure projects aligned with growth strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance and operational activities for infrastructure assets (roads, street lighting, storm water drainage, and utility networks).
  • •Oversee service providers and contractors for infrastructure maintenance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPI’s for quality standards.
  • •Support emergency response preparedness and on-site presence during emergency situations, assisting investigation and resolution of infrastructure-related incidents.
  • •Assist with budgets and reporting for infrastructure maintenance and capital expenditure, including reserve fund updates and expenditure tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering).
  • •Strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance practices and relevant local regulations.
  • •5–7 years of progressive experience in infrastructure management, civil works, or facilities management, preferably within large-scale communities, real estate, or property management.
  • •Technical knowledge of water and wastewater networks, pumping stations, sewage treatment plants (STPs), and infrastructure asset maintenance best practices.
  • •Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and legal documentation.
