Key Responsibilities

  • •Allocate product by store for DTC channels (O&O, Consignment, E-COM) and create final store stock flow plans for allocation.
  • •Replenish sales quantity for each store to maximize sales and maintain proper inventory; lead with sales team to optimize assortments for new openings/relocations.
  • •Prepare seasonal allocation plans and stock flow
  • •Ensure efficient inventory flow between channels and review weekly inventory levels to hit sales targets; oversee placement of orders and stock movements to warehouse
  • •Review sales and inventory status vs. performance; provide data to retail sales team to inform trading decisions and present analyses in weekly trading meetings

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • •2~4 years of Retail Allocation experience (ideally in apparel or footwear)
  • •High level Excel knowledge and SAP experience
  • •English written and spoken at business level
  • •Strong problem solving, results-oriented, organized and structured, with high numerical/analytical skills
