Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the tool shop has enough materials to produce tools, jigs, and fixtures for all requests, and complete registration drawings.
  • •Support end-to-end processes for new innovation tools for each department, including improvement projects for machine parts and modifications.
  • •Develop facility layout and product drawings using AutoCAD and ZW3D, and discuss final design for fabrication using standard program assembly and testing functions.
  • •Operate machines using CAD/CAM and ZW3D; ensure tools and jigs/fixtures are produced using suitable equipment (including CNC 3X, CNC Lathe, and milling machine).
  • •Collaborate on delivery plans, prepare status/progress reports, monitor and review documentation for correct registration and manufacturing standards, and manage material stock for PR/PO purchasing requests.
