Job Summary

Lead a 10-person team in Stockholm (with responsibility for Falun and Uppsala) delivering flexible fjärrvärme/fjärrkyla solutions. Drive business development, client relations and bid activities, while developing the local and regional service portfolio. Collaborate with Unit Lead and other People Leads to foster a trusted, innovative culture and guide projects as a senior consultant or project/technical lead.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a 10-person team, ensuring succession planning and ongoing capability development.
•Maintain and strengthen client relationships and participate in sales and bid activities.
•Collaborate with the Unit Lead and other People Leads to create a trusting, idea-driven work climate and align with strategic goals.
•Serve as uppdragsansvarig, projektledare, teknisk ansvarig or senior konsult in current projects as needed.
•Support cross-border collaboration (India and Romania) to enable international project execution.

Key Requirements

•Postsecondary education in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
•Several years of experience in the fjärrvärme/fjärrkyla industry with technical competency
•Experience in a leadership role (e.g., as manager, project lead, or assignment lead)
•A professional network within the fjärrvärme industry, preferably with ties to Stockholm, Falun or Uppsala
•Consulting experience is advantageous
