Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the team (10 employees) and manage personnel responsibilities.
  • •Drive competence planning and ensure the group’s competence supply.
  • •Develop the business from Stockholm while also owning responsibility for the Falun and Uppsala offices.
  • •Secure and maintain customer relationships, including participating in sales and tender activities.
  • •Work directly in customer assignments and projects as assignment/project owner, project manager, technical responsible, or senior consultant.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Several years of experience in district heating/district cooling, with strong technical competence in the area.
  • •Experience from a leading role, e.g., as manager, project manager, or assignment/project owner.
  • •A strong network within the district heating industry, ideally connected to Stockholm, Falun, Uppsala, or nearby markets.
  • •Very strong Swedish skills, plus good English skills for working in a global environment.
