Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and HR on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • •Run recruiting activities including resume and phone screens, recommend final selections, and close qualified candidates.
  • •Manage job postings across internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners.
  • •Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports; respond timely to applicant situations and requests.
  • •Develop sourcing strategy by researching new sources, building candidate networks/pipelines, and representing the company at recruiting events.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and interviewing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Strong understanding of staffing principles, recruitment/employment programs, and applicable laws and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of US employment and labor laws and how they apply to recruiting and the applicant tracking system.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication, presentation, interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
