Lead and coordinate electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable operation of General Assembly equipment and systems. Act as first escalation point for breakdowns, drive preventive maintenance, mentor technicians, and collaborate with production, process engineering, and quality teams to improve reliability and maintainability.
