Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and strengthen physical security operations across designated India locations with security standards, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
  • •Drive security initiatives including crisis management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to enhance resilience and support business continuity.
  • •Manage Field Security Services (FSS) programs and technologies to protect the organization, employees, assets, and reputation.
  • •Coordinate and manage all Dell Technologies FSS processes and programs for the region.
  • •Develop, implement, and sustain site processes to protect end-to-end business operations aligned to security and operational objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in corporate and/or industrial security operations, including risk assessment, incident management, and physical security governance.
  • •Proven ability to manage multi-site security operations with a focus on standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management experience working with business leaders, HR, Legal, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong expertise in crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
  • •Effective leadership and people management skills, including managing vendors and guard force operations.
