Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the official tracking log (JIRA) for product line data calls, managing deadlines, extensions, risk flags, and escalations.
•Standardize intake and ensure proper routing of requests to the correct owners.
•Validate inputs for completeness and accuracy, ensuring outputs conform to required formats and guidance.
•Coordinate cross-team collaboration for multi-stakeholder responses and support fast-turnaround data calls.
•Prepare final consolidated submissions with audit artifacts and produce leadership reporting/status updates, maintaining project documentation in GovCIO-standard tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related) with 5 years experience (or commensurate experience).
•Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver concise messaging and reporting to all levels of management.
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Ability to validate inputs for completeness and accuracy and ensure responses follow required formats and guidance.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.
