•Plan and lead large-scale technical projects to lay foundations for iterative product development and early product scale.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development cycles.
•Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture to improve R&D quality, efficiency, and experience.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in at least one language: Go, Python, Java, or C++.
•Experience building scalable, highly available, distributed, mission-critical systems.
•Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
•In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
•Able to work closely with diverse stakeholders with strong communication skills.
