Senior Contracts Manager

Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of transport and infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi and the region. Administer consultancy contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms, while preparing, reviewing, and negotiating claims, variations, change orders, and contractual correspondence. Lead dispute resolution processes and provide contractual advice to project managers and design teams. Act as the primary commercial point of contact, develop contract management procedures, and mentor junior team members.
