Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align Immersive’s value proposition.
  • •Engage C-level and technical stakeholders with solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts to secure the technical win.
  • •Advise customers throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
  • •Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience, including conducting Executive Business Reviews to support account health and expansion.
  • •Drive adoption of the Immersive One platform using metrics, custom reports, and insights; act as an escalation point and liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an information security practitioner or solution consultant, including pre-sales experience.
  • •Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong IT fundamentals across hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
  • •Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
