Own and support enterprise routing & switching and wireless network infrastructures, with deep L2/L3 expertise across LAN/WAN and SD-WAN environments. Ensure configurations comply with network standards by reviewing logs and monitoring LAN/WAN/NMS systems. Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation, while resolving and documenting escalated support tickets via ServiceNow. Work in a 24x7 rotating on-call model and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strong experience in routing & switching and wireless networking, supporting SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN systems.
•Ensure configurations comply with network standards by reviewing log files and monitoring LAN/WAN/NMS.
•Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure components.
•Own and document escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow.
•Handle rotating on-call and support queue management in a 24x7 environment, while collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years managing LAN and WAN infrastructures.
•8+ years of experience in routing & switching, Riverbed, and wireless.
•Vendor experience including VELO Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed.
•Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN/WAN, including L2 (802.11a, Ethernet, 802.1x, STP/MSTP/RSTP, Dynamic VLAN, HSRP/VRRP) and L3 (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
•Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience.
