Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, influence, and drive Hybris/eCommerce architecture in the Customer & Commercial Excellence strategy.
  • •Lead the eCommerce Operations across Strategic Business Group (SBG) in Onshore hours and maintain zero downtime with no P1/P2 incidents.
  • •Review design documents from the development team to ensure adherence to proper architecture and security standards; collaborate with the business to solve critical issues.
  • •Develop tactical plans to address short-term deficiencies in current infrastructure and ensure end-to-end visibility of solutions.
  • •Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any P1/P2 incidents and apply learnings across SBGs to improve future resolutions.

  • •Experience must involve ten years in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM.
