Job Summary

Lead the Hybris-based eCommerce architecture for SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CRM, and related SAP modules. Drive end-to-end eCommerce operations for the Strategic Business Group with a focus on zero downtime, rapid incident resolution, and architecture governance. Collaborate across teams to implement secure, scalable solutions and apply learnings across SBGs.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, influence, and drive Hybris/eCommerce architecture in the Customer & Commercial Excellence strategy.
•Lead the eCommerce Operations across Strategic Business Group (SBG) in Onshore hours and maintain zero downtime with no P1/P2 incidents.
•Review design documents from the development team to ensure adherence to proper architecture and security standards; collaborate with the business to solve critical issues.
•Develop tactical plans to address short-term deficiencies in current infrastructure and ensure end-to-end visibility of solutions.
•Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any P1/P2 incidents and apply learnings across SBGs to improve future resolutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,934 annually

•Experience must involve ten years in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM.
