Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning and analysis, accounting coordination, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and procurement oversight for private cloud services delivery.
  • •Support senior leadership with cash position, margin performance, revenue tracking, cost controls, and achievement of business objectives.
  • •Track orders, sales, backlog, purchase orders, vendor commitments, and procurement milestones on a recurring basis, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and reporting.
  • •Manage month-end financial reporting and quarterly profit margin analysis, advising leadership on recommendations to improve margin, cost efficiency, and account profitability.
  • •Ensure accounting standards, procurement controls and approval processes, compliance requirements, and coordinate activities with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external auditors/reviewers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in finance, procurement, commercial operations, or account financial management, preferably in technology, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting practices, procurement governance, vendor management, purchase order processes, and sourcing controls.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial finance and public sector account management, including orders, sales, backlog, procurement tracking, and customer-facing financial reporting.
  • •Thorough knowledge of financial, tax, procurement, compliance, and legal best practices with the ability to provide sound and ethical counsel to executive leadership.
