Deliver value and ensure customer satisfaction by leading periodic maintenance and responsive service for Honeywell Building Automation and related systems. Schedule and plan service contract work, supervise engineers/technicians/vendors, and oversee field installations and commissioning. Handle troubleshooting, documentation, and safety compliance, while supporting retrofit/alteration project management and creating service-related sales opportunities across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers and maintain customer satisfaction via direct liaison.
•Schedule and plan periodic maintenance service for service contract requirements.
•Lead a team of engineers, technicians, vendors, and resources to perform maintenance and attend spot calls.
•Perform supervision of field installations and commissioning for service projects and reactive work.
•Manage alteration, additions, or retrofit works, including supporting quotations, cost/progress reporting, and new sales opportunities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering graduate or diploma holder with 5+ years of relevant experience in building automation.
•Expert knowledge of BMS, FAS, EBI, and Honeywell security systems (CCTV, DVM, access control, intrusion detection).
•Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
•Knowledge of servers-class machines, virtual machines, and networking.
•Ability to travel to customer sites and work with limited supervision, contractors, and other service technicians.
