Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees to meet overall bank targets and credit terms.
  • •Initiate and develop new business through outside business development activities and maintain ongoing contact to enhance client experience.
  • •Review and analyze personal and business financial data to understand client needs and advise clients aligned to their business objectives and lifecycle.
  • •Conduct credit analysis for borrowing qualifications, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, and ongoing follow-up on loans to ensure compliance and sound asset quality.
  • •Use internal customer sourcing software to generate leads, track activities, make referrals, and build a client referral pipeline while complying with regulations and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
  • •10+ years experience in commercial lending, commercial credit underwriting, and/or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Advanced credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills, including accounting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow analysis.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
  • •Completion of formal Credit Analyst training required.
