Key Responsibilities

•Design advanced RF front ends and transceivers for phased arrays, transmitters, and receivers.
•Develop RF components and architectures including matching networks, filter synthesis, LNAs, mixers, VGA, PLL/synthesizers, and VCOs.
•Create RF transceiver designs including schematic capture and PCB layout for RF and high-speed circuits.
•Troubleshoot EMI/RFI and perform design validation testing on prototypes and production designs using RF test equipment.
•Support integration of RF/microwave designs into aircraft and other systems and analyze operational performance data to improve results; contribute to embedded software development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in RF design and development.
•Experience with RF concepts including impedance matching, Smith charts, and microwave network analysis (e.g., IP3, IMD, harmonic distortion, phase noise).
•Familiarity with mainstream RF circuit simulation tools such as AWR MWO, Keysight ADS, or Genesys.
•Familiarity with Altium Designer and Matlab.
