  • •Execute and monitor loan money movement activities, ensuring accurate and timely funding across loan transactions.
  • •Research and resolve funding exceptions, discrepancies, and operational issues to support successful loan closings and disbursements.
  • •Serve as flood compliance SME and flood gatekeeper by reviewing transactions for federal flood regulatory and bank policy compliance.
  • •Coordinate flood due diligence and flood insurance documentation/coverage throughout the life of the loan, including force-placement processes and resolving complex compliance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of commercial loan operations experience, including loan funding, servicing, documentation, closing, or collateral administration.
  • •3+ years of experience administering commercial flood compliance requirements, including flood insurance review and ongoing monitoring.
