Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and guide Senior Visual Merchandisers and Visual Merchandisers in multiple stores to deliver high-quality visual merchandising aligned with brand and commercial goals.
  • •Strategize and oversee design, planning, and execution of window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups, ensuring visual standards and consistency.
  • •Review visual displays, layouts, and product placement regularly; develop and adjust floor plans and product zoning based on sales trends and customer behavior.
  • •Collaborate with operations, buying, brand management, and marketing teams to align visual merchandising with inventory, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
  • •Conduct market research and trend analysis, manage the visual merchandising budget, and provide reports while supporting pre-opening activities and regular store visits.
