Key Responsibilities

  • •Make field service calls locally and out of state, including possible extended periods with little advance notice.
  • •Provide integration support (teaching, adjustment, calibration, diagnosing system issues) and commission systems at customer sites.
  • •Complete final installation buy-off, document open issues/exceptions, and support reliability by handling exceptions with documentation.
  • •Diagnose and repair equipment to component level using test equipment such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, and chart recorder.
  • •Log open issues through completion, maintain service reports and plant information database, and update inventory using Salesforce.com (SFDC FSL).
