  • •Own end-to-end Professional Services delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for the Enterprise segment.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects, including performance expectations, coaching, and succession planning.
  • •Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs, and act as escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements.
  • •Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices; improve operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and predictability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to funnel customer feedback into improvements and support pre-sales.
