Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for the Hawk Lead-In-Fighter program in accordance with authorised technical data and regulatory standards.
  • •Mechanical: maintain hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic, and propulsion systems (and related components/propellers) to meet regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
  • •Avionics: carry out fault diagnosis and maintenance of avionics and integrated aircraft electrical systems, ensuring compliance with technical publications and certification requirements.
  • •Armament: maintain emergency escape/egress systems and aircraft weapon systems, including load and handling of aircraft stores.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate IV in Aeroskills trade or equivalent (mandatory).
  • •Australian citizenship (mandatory).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance and comply with ITAR (mandatory).
  • •Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
  • •Ability to work in high-performance team environments and perform maintenance to authorised technical data and regulatory standards.
