Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive deliveries, verify stock matches documentation, and report discrepancies to the store management team and Stock Control team at Head Office.
  • •Manage in and out stock transfers and support weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers and negatives reports.
  • •Perform cycle counts and support stock takes and reconciliation of stock.
  • •Support processing, recording, and sending of faulty stock; transfer or remove boxes between stock rooms when necessary.
  • •Maintain stockroom controls and ensure accurate stock records; organize stock on shelves, communicate stock issues and delivery schedules, and plan the stockroom schedule for peak business hours.

Salary: EUR 26,000 - 35,000

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience as a Stock Controller with a recognised brand.
  • •Luxury brand experience in a retail environment is preferable.
  • •SAP knowledge and experience is strongly desired.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
