Lead the development and execution of an AI strategy for the Finance and Strategy organization, partnering with Corporate Finance and divisional CFOs. Drive AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI initiatives that improve finance processes, operational efficiency, and business performance. Collaborate across stakeholders to shape data management strategy, lead implementation and governance, and set KPI/ROI measurement frameworks for long-term, ethical AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an AI+ strategy for the Finance team aligned with overall business objectives, including building roadmaps, milestones, resources, and timelines.
•Identify, prioritize, and assess AI opportunities across Finance processes and evaluate readiness, capabilities, gaps, and improvement areas.
•Lead design and deployment of AI projects in Finance, coordinating with internal technology teams, corporate finance, and external vendors.
•Establish KPI/ROI measurement and report progress and outcomes to senior leadership; use data analytics for continuous improvement.
•Ensure ethical development and deployment of AI, lead AI governance mechanisms, and collaborate to align projects with regulatory and responsible AI standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,236 - 201,357 annually

•Strong project and program management experience, able to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
•Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, translating complex concepts into actionable business outcomes.
•Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
