•Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management for conversational Chatbots products for enterprise and consumer use cases.

•Design multi-level intent routing, classifier training, and fallback strategies.
•Building dialogue quality evaluation systems.
•Drive automated bad-case discovery, A/B testing, and continuous iteration loops.
