Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer business processes and planning requirements.
  • •Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of planning applications.
  • •Analyze business data and prepare functional specifications, reports, and documentation (including user guides).
  • •Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
  • •Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and continuously learn planning technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline (fresh graduates 0–1 year) or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related specialization.
  • •Dual qualifications (BE + MBA) are preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and logical thinking with good understanding of business processes and problem-solving techniques.
  • •Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills; collaborative mindset in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Education:Bachelor's in Any engineering discipline; or MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related specialization)
