•Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager, monitor results, and adjust strategies to achieve sales plans and operating profits while managing expenses.
•Recruit, interview, hire, and maintain optimum staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with budget goals.
•Train, coach, delegate to, supervise, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to develop leadership and business skills.
•Ensure a coaching culture and quarterly development meetings and plans for all team members.
•Conduct inventories, maintain inventory records, communicate inventory issues, and make merchandising decisions aligned with Sephora concepts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 82,200 - 102,700

Key Requirements

•5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
•Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions, including leadership.
•Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to analyze sales trends and react appropriately.
•Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
