Team Lead, Project Operations Management

Lead and develop a high-performing Project Operations team responsible for the delivery and rollout of Adyen’s solutions across global enterprise customers. Drive scalable processes, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement to ensure fast, smooth go-lives. This role combines people leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the global POM organization while maintaining Adyen’s culture.
