Mortgage Sales Supervisor

Supervise a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators to oversee day-to-day loan origination, ensure timely document flow for processing, underwriting, and closing, and drive annual loan volume origination goals. Build steady referral relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and external partners, and actively engage local mortgage trade associations. Recruit, interview, develop, and retain talent while partnering internally to grow customer relationships and additional product sales.
