Maintenance Supervisor, Manheim Dallas, TX

Oversee and participate in facility maintenance for Manheim’s Dallas site—planning and scheduling work, assigning technicians, and maintaining preventive maintenance standards. You’ll respond to emergency and after-hours repair needs, help develop maintenance policies, coordinate safety and maintenance training, and inspect building and grounds systems such as elevators, fire alarms, security cameras, and sprinklers. Use Facility Maintenance Systems (FMS) to track and close work orders.
