Associate Director - Project Controls - Energy & Natural Resources

Lead expansion of project controls and planning capabilities in Manchester for Natural Resources and New Energies clients. Build and mentor a growing team, manage recruitment and onboarding, and partner with Natural Resources North senior leadership to deliver ambitious growth sustainably. Provide day-to-day oversight across major programmes, including reviewing proposals, resourcing, and ensuring accurate, consistent reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance.
