Key Responsibilities

  • •Product manage a small team of engineers, hands-on with discovery and delivery, and accountable for key outcomes.
  • •Own the supporting tools that make more advanced study types easier to run.
  • •Run the day-to-day product lifecycle for prioritisation, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • •Grow adoption of more ambitious study designs, including longer-running studies and designs requiring more from participants.
  • •Work with Engineering and Design as a tight product trio, using test-learn-iterate to iterate based on researcher feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record shipping and scaling products that simplify complex workflows for professional or enterprise users, using data and user behaviour to inform decisions.
  • •Experience embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
  • •Builder mindset and experience with AI tools and workflows for PMs.
  • •Fluency in modern product/engineering practice: Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, JTBD, vertical slicing, and test-learn-iterate.
  • •Experience building for researchers or research tools (plus) or for research/survey/data-collection tools or complex B2B workflows.
