Lead end-to-end Control-M SaaS migration projects for enterprise customers, managing cross-functional teams, defining project artifacts, and running recurring governance. Key Responsibilities

•Lead Control-M SaaS migration projects, managing cross-functional teams across internal resources, partners, and customer stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain core project artifacts (plans, schedules, communication plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting documentation).
•Establish and facilitate recurring governance meetings and drive alignment across customer teams, account teams, pre-sales, services sales, and PMO.
•Monitor and report project health (dashboards, risks, issues, and performance metrics) and manage escalations impacting delivery or customer satisfaction.
•Maintain operational excellence by approving weekly time/expense submissions, tracking in tools such as Certinia, and forecasting project revenue with +/- 5% accuracy.

Salary: INR 2,549,100 - 4,248,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•5+ years of experience with workload automation tools (e.g., Control-M, CA7, CA-ESP, CA-Autosys, IBM, Tidal, Redwood).
•5+ years managing full lifecycle software implementation projects.
•Proven track record managing projects valued at $250K+ with teams of 3+ members over 6+ months.
•Experience working with global teams across multiple countries and cultures.
