•Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea’s 10 engineering teams
•Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London’s highly competitive market
•Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates—the best engineers are rarely on the market
•Shape and champion the engineering EVP
•Partner with engineering leadership to define and uphold a high hiring standard, even as we grow quickly

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 70,000 - 90,000 annually

•3+ years in an engineering-focused agency
•2+ years in-house at a London-based tech startup dedicated to engineering hiring
•Experience scaling an engineering team from ~20 to 100+ engineers
