Director, Sales – APAC (Compressor & Pumps)

Lead sales execution for Compressor & Pumps across Asia-Pacific, owning orders, revenue, and commercial KPIs. Develop and drive an APAC go-to-market strategy with a channel-first focus, expanding and optimizing distributor/partner partnerships to increase market penetration and win rates. Build an effective partner operating rhythm, strengthen key stakeholder relationships (EPCs, licensors, customers), and lead/develop regional sales teams while partnering with Finance, Commercial Excellence, and Operations to ensure strong customer experience and compliance.
