Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement a Retail Excellence framework to set the standard for Sephora stores across the region.
•Lead initiatives to elevate the in-store experience through exceptional client service, beauty expertise, discovery-led storytelling, clienteling, and seamless omnichannel integration.
•Drive commercial store performance by improving productivity, conversion, average basket value, category performance, and omnichannel services such as Click & Collect.
•Lead the regional retail organization and build a high-performance culture, including store manager capability, leadership development, talent retention, and performance management.
•Oversee visual merchandising and store image strategy and lead retail technology deployment and adoption that enhances client experience and store productivity.

Key Requirements

•At least 15 years of retail leadership experience.
•Experience leading large store networks across multiple markets.
•Experience in beauty, fashion, or premium specialty retail (preferred).
•Proven track record improving store productivity and customer experience.
•Inspirational field leadership with strong commercial acumen and passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
