Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate parking logistics, including VIP parking validation and employee/vendor parking coordination.
•Manage event-related road closures and street access to support safe routing.
•Coordinate with leadership and crew members to execute parking and access operations.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth event-day execution.
•Communicate clearly about access points, closures, and guest/staff routing; help plan vehicle flow strategies.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in event operations, traffic flow, or access logistics is preferred.
•Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating parking and routing.
•Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
•Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in real time during events.
•Ability to walk constantly and lift up to 20 lbs.
